Revive Kicks Terms of Service

 

All services must be paid for upfront in full before any services are started. 

 

Revive Kicks is not liable or responsible for any damage that occurs on customers shoes from the cleaning process, given that all adequate safety precautions were taken and all appropriate tools were used. Only if a shoe is damaged in our possession due to negligible care of customers property, we will reimburse the customer for damages.

 

Results of services will be limited by the materials, history and condition of the shoe at hand. Revive Kicks is not obligated to refund any service fees for unsatisfactory work or unmet expectations.

 

Turnaround times are rough estimates based on current workload and manpower available. Due to unexpected complications with projects and staffing, turnaround may be delayed under certain circumstances. No discounts or refunds will be offered for unmet turnaround times, except on orders with expedited service fees. 

 

Revive Kicks is not responsible for lost or stolen packages during shipping. Please contact the carrier with all issues regarding a missing package.
