Below, we outline the rules and guidelines for participating in this exciting exchange program.

How It Works

• Bring Your Shoes: You can bring your gently worn or used shoes to our store, and we will assess their condition to determine their eligibility for the Shoe Exchange Program.

• Assessment and Credit Value: Our shoe experts will carefully examine each pair of shoes you submit. We'll consider factors such as brand, condition, style, and demand. Based on our evaluation, you will receive store credit towards our shoe cleaning services.

• Redeem for Cleaning Services: You can use your store credit to avail any of our shoe cleaning services, including deep cleaning, exterior cleaning, and specialized treatments. The credit can be applied to a single service or used over multiple visits.

• No Cash Value: Please note that store credit earned through the Shoe Exchange Program has no cash value and cannot be redeemed for cash.

Eligibility Criteria

To participate in the Shoe Exchange Program, please ensure that your shoes meet the following eligibility criteria:

• Gently Worn or Used Shoes: We accept shoes that are gently worn, used, or have minimal signs of wear. Shoes with severe damage, tears, or significant wear will not be eligible for the program.

• Authentic Brands Only: We only accept shoes from authentic brands. Counterfeit or knockoff shoes will not be considered for the program.

• Wearable and Presentable Condition: We reserve the right to decline shoes that are excessively dirty, have strong odors, or are unsuitable for examination.

Exclusions

The following types of shoes are not eligible for the Shoe Exchange Program:

• Athletic Shoes: We currently do not accept heavily worn athletic shoes, including running shoes, sports cleats, or gym shoes.

• Custom or Modified Shoes: Shoes that have been significantly customized or modified may not be eligible for the program.

• Children's Shoes: At this time, we do not accept children's shoes for the Shoe Exchange Program.

Important Information

• Store Credit Validity: Store credit earned through the Shoe Exchange Program is valid for one year from the date of issue.

• Non-Transferable: Store credit is non-transferable and can only be used by the individual who participated in the Shoe Exchange Program.

• Updates and Changes: Revive Kicks reserves the right to update or modify the Shoe Exchange Program rules, eligibility criteria, and store credit values at any time without prior notice.
